REAL PEOPLE. REAL RESULTS.
Balance Is Earned. So Is Confidence.
For over two decades, Tiffany has helped people improve their balance, strength, mobility, and confidence by teaching them to move better first.
“Started water skiing again!”
Penny Pantano, Age 77
“Motion is lotion, and my joints at 77 need plenty of lotion.”
After years of business ownership, inactivity, weight gain, and advancing osteopenia, she knew something had to change.
Ten years later:
Lost her “muffin top”. Improved flexibility. Increased stamina. Built core strength. Still water skiing. Keeps up with her 20-year-old granddaughters
“I still make Tiffany’s class a priority to maintain all that I have gained.”

“Looking to feel and look better? Improving our lives as we move forward? Women and Men, this is for you!”
“Raising my four children didn’t give me enough time to exercise until my heart doctor during my physical said, “don’t be a slug” and I was physically active up through my forty’s but I needed to find a program to exercise mind and body and stay in shape on a regular basis. Thank you Dr. Scoblianco. I joined a newly formed group at the Country Club in 1995, meeting a group of nice women.” This is where Sylvia met Tiffany for the first time. Then came COVID which shut down everything. Sylvia started exercising on her own but needed something more and so she searched the YMCA’s and many different training centers, but none of them were for her. So she started looking for Tiffany, after 8 months she found her and now she goes once a week for an hour to train her. Sylvia says, “I still do my own workout and weights once a week and with Tiffany’s workout I feel good. She evaluates you and creates a program that is designed for you, is presentable and caring, giving encouragement for our session. You don’t need a gym, just a space and she does her magic. I’m 80 years old. My husband also 80 still exercises on his own at least three days a week lifting heavy weights. As grandparents of 11 from 5 to 25, a lot of activities and running around so we need to stay fit and Tiffany can help you, from a group or private. I’m sorry I didn’t find her sooner.”

“I Got My Garden Back”
Barb Bennicoff, Age 78
“Three years ago, I was becoming weaker, less stable on my feet, and my stamina was declining. My love of gardening seemed destined for extinction.”
After joining Tiffany’s classes three times a week, Barb noticed dramatic improvements in her balance, stamina, coordination, and overall strength.
Today she gardens again, cleans the windows in her two-story home, plays more pickleball, feels stronger and more confident
“Class is a safe haven where we work hard, heal our bodies and our minds, have fun, and laugh a lot.”
“Twenty Years Later, I’m Still Going”
Nancy Bogert
For more than two decades, Nancy has made Posturelates-style training part of her life.
“Her focus on flexibility, balance, and strength allows me to maintain an active lifestyle that includes travel and participation in sports.”
Twenty years later, she still values:
Strength
Flexibility
Balance
Independence

THE STORIES BEHIND THE RESULTS
The Paddle Board Story
One client signed up for a paddle board class while on vacation.
She was the oldest participant in the entire group.
Not only was she the only person able to stand up on the board…
She was the only one who stayed standing.
Balance isn’t luck.
Balance is earned.
The Pickleball Story
Many clients come to class because they want to continue doing the activities they love.
One of the most common comments we hear:
“I can play more pickleball now than I could before.”
Why?
Because balance, stability, and posture influence every step, pivot, reach, and recovery on the court.
The Gardening Story
For many people, gardening becomes one of the first activities they slowly give up.
Not because they stop loving it.
Because getting down becomes harder.
Standing back up becomes harder.
Balance becomes less reliable.
Strength becomes less available.
Posturelates helps people rebuild the stability and confidence needed to continue doing the things they love.
The Travel Story
Many clients don’t join because they want six-pack abs.
They join because they want to:
- Travel confidently
- Walk longer distances
- Climb stairs comfortably
- Carry luggage
- Explore without fear
And many continue doing exactly that for decades.
The Independence Story
The greatest compliment we hear isn’t about fitness.
It’s this:
“I can still do it myself.”
Getting up from the floor.
Walking confidently.
Playing with grandchildren.
Carrying groceries.
Working in the yard.
Living independently.
Those are the outcomes that matter most.

The Posturelates Difference
Posturelates isn’t about exercising harder.
It’s about moving better.
When posture improves, balance improves.
When balance improves, confidence grows.
When confidence grows, people return to the activities they thought they had lost.
Because balance isn’t given.
Balance is earned.
